Wu Tao · The Taoist Way
Ancient internal arts rooted in Taoist wisdom — cultivating mind, body, and spirit since 2698 BC.
Our Lineage
Little Nine Heaven is the oldest known Taoist system in existence, tracing its origins to 2698 BC. These are not merely martial arts — they are complete systems of self-cultivation, healing, and inner transformation passed down through an unbroken lineage of masters.
In Southern California, we carry this tradition forward. Classes are intimate, instruction is personal, and the depth of what is available to the dedicated student is without parallel in the modern world.

04
A practical, no-nonsense street art from the early 1700s. Quick footwork, low kicks, explosive strikes. Singular and two-man fighting forms designed for real-world application.
05
The development of hands that carry iron power while retaining a normal appearance. Rooted in the Shaolin Temples. No comparable Iron Hand training exists anywhere else in the world.

07
Meditative exercises that cultivate and circulate chi. Combined with tui na, acupressure, and moxibustion to strengthen the internal organs and restore harmony to body and mind.
08
